Welcome to Super Vape Store! We are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent shipping services. Please read our detailed shipping policy below:
Section 1: Courier Shipping (Canada, USA, International)
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed and shipped on business days / working days / weekdays (Monday to Friday). No shipments on weekends or public holidays.
- Standard processing time is 1 business day. During peak seasons or sales events, it may take a bit longer.
- Orders placed before 4 PM (business days) will usually ship out the same day unless there are issues like out-of-stock products or incomplete addresses.
- Our shipping partners: Canada Post (for Canada/USA) and UPS (for other countries).
- Canada Post picks up every business day between 3 PM - 4 PM. Orders placed before the pickup time will start shipping the same day.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking to update. If there’s no update after 2 days, contact us and we’ll follow up with Canada Post.
Free Shipping Thresholds: (Order amount tax excluded)
- Canada (excluding ON/QC): Free shipping over $69 CAD
- Ontario/Quebec: Free shipping over $49 CAD
- USA: Free shipping over $129 CAD
- Worldwide: Free shipping over $200 CAD
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Canadian provinces (except ON/QC): Standard 7-14 business days (typically 3-7 business days), Express 3-7 business days (typically 2-5 business days)
- ON/QC: Standard 3-7 business days (typically 1-4 business days), Express 1-3 business days
- USA: 7-14 business days (typically 7 business days)
(The estimated delivery times above are for reference only. Delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable factors, and Super Vape is not responsible for courier delays. We intentionally provide a longer estimated time because there’s always a chance that Canada Post might encounter unexpected issues — like sending the package to the wrong province, delivering to the wrong address, losing the package, or even the package getting damaged in transit. That said, we still choose to work with Canada Post because they have the widest coverage. Even customers with PO boxes or remote addresses can receive their packages. And honestly, as long as nothing goes wrong, Canada Post is still a very reliable shipping option.)
Delivery Instructions:
- Condo Addresses: Canada Post/UPS may deliver to the reception, mailroom, or community mailbox. Full unit numbers must be provided. Missing details may cause returns at your cost.
- House Addresses: Deliveries may go to your door, mailbox, or community mailbox. Pickup notices may be left.
Important Reminders:
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. If there’s a mistake, email service@cvdtech.ca ASAP.
- If shipped, you must contact the carrier for corrections. Super Vape is not responsible.
- Lost/Stolen Packages: Super Vape is not liable. If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact the carrier and us for help.

Section 2: Local Delivery (GTA & Montreal Designated Areas)
Service Areas: Available for specific postal codes in GTA and Montreal (see full list on the page bottom).
Free Local Delivery Thresholds (before tax):
- GTA: Free same-day delivery on orders over $59 CAD (placed before 4 PM on business days / working days / weekdays / Monday - Friday).
- Montreal: Free next-day delivery on orders over $79 CAD (placed before 11:30 AM on business days / working days / weekdays / Monday - Friday).
Local Delivery Process – Full Transparency:
GTA Orders:
- Place orders before 4 PM (business days / working days / weekdays / Monday - Friday)
- Same-day picking and packing
- Shipping Courier picks up at 4 PM
- Delivered by 10 PM same night

Montreal Orders:
- Place orders before 11:30 AM (Monday - Friday)
- Same-day picking and packing
- Shipping Courier picks up at 12 PM
- Sent to the Montreal distribution center that night
- Next day delivery to your door *Note: Friday orders for Montreal deliver on Monday(couriers do not operate on weekends).
Important Local Delivery Reminders:
- Please avoid using office addresses. Our delivery window is typically 6 PM to 10 PM. If we fail to deliver because the office is closed, you will be charged an additional fee for re-delivery.
- Delays may occur due to weather, peak seasons, or high order volume. We will do our best to assist you.
- Please make sure your address is correct and that your phone number is reachable.
- No cash on delivery or in-store pickup service.
- Couriers do not carry packages upstairs. If you require this, please communicate with the courier and pay any extra fee directly to the driver.
- If you are disabled and need assistance, please leave a note with your order, and we will notify the courier.
- If you are not home, you can request the package to be left at the front desk or in a mailbox.
- If the driver cannot reach you and delivery fails due to missed calls, re-delivery will be at your own cost.
- If you ask to delay delivery to the next day after same-day delivery has been arranged, you will be charged extra.
