Shipping Policy
We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping! Please note that we require 3 to 5 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured, we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time varies depending on your country or region. Please consider that holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics may impact delivery times.
Canadian orders over $59 are eligible for free shipping. Worldwide orders over $200 are eligible for free shipping.

Processing and Shipping Time:
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow additional time for processing during peak seasons or sales events. -
Courier Delays:
Occasionally, delays may occur on the part of the courier company, which could affect the delivery time of your package. While Super Vape is not responsible for delivery errors or delays caused by shipping carriers, we will do our best to coordinate with them and assist you in ensuring your package arrives safely. -
Order Modifications and Refunds:
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot accommodate any changes, cancellations, or refunds. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
Disclaimer:
- Super Vape hands off all packages to third-party shipping companies, such as Canada Post, UPS, and others. Once dispatched, the package is in the care of the carrier, and any errors, delays, or delivery issues fall under the responsibility of the shipping carrier. However, we will work closely with you and the carrier to resolve any issues that arise.
- For customers living in condos or apartments: carriers may leave packages at the reception or in a designated mailroom. If you request a delivery up to your unit, please note that some carriers may charge an additional fee. Super Vape is not responsible for covering this fee, and any arrangements for this service are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Details:
- Canadian other provinces (except ON/QC) orders over $59: Free shipping (Standard: 7-14 business days, Express: 3-7 business days. Delays may occur with carriers; Super Vape is not responsible for such delays).
- ON/QC orders over $49: Free shipping (Standard: 3-7 business days, Express: 1-3 business days. Delays may occur with carriers; Super Vape is not responsible for such delays).
- USA orders over $129: Free shipping.
- Worldwide orders over $200: Free shipping.
Delivery Details:
- GTA orders over $59: Free local delivery (on orders placed before 1 PM on business days).
- Montreal orders over $79: Free next-day delivery (on orders placed before 11:30 AM on business days).
Important Notice for Local Delivery Customers
We strongly recommend that you do not use an office address for local delivery orders. Our delivery window typically falls between 1 PM and 10 PM, and office locations may not be accessible during this time.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an office address being provided, and a second delivery is required, the customer will be responsible for the additional delivery fee.
Sometimes delays may occur due to uncontrollable factors such us busy orders or weather, etc.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and reachable. We are not responsible for issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Contact customer service to update your address before dispatch.
Canada Post Parcel Pickup Process (Primary Shipping Mode)
- For Condo Addresses: Packages are generally placed at the reception or in the mailroom. If there is no mailroom, packages may be left in the community Canada Post (CP) mailbox. Condo addresses must include the unit number; otherwise, the package may be returned, and Super Vape is not responsible for this.
- For House Addresses: Packages may be left at the front door or in the mailbox. Alternatively, a pickup notice may be left, requiring collection from a nearby pickup location.
UPS Parcel Pickup Process
- For Condo Addresses: Packages are usually placed at the reception or in the mailroom. Condo addresses must include the unit number; otherwise, the package may be returned, and Super Vape is not responsible for this.
- For House Addresses: Packages may be left at the front door or in the mailbox. A pickup notice may be left if collection is required from a nearby UPS location.
Tracking Your Order: You'll receive a confirmation email or text with a tracking ID and link to track your package. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for tracking information to become available.
Wrong Address Disclaimer: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. Please contact us immediately at info@cvdtech.ca for address corrections. If the package is already in transit, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to update the address.
Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs. For more details, refer to our Refund Policy.
Lost/Stolen Packages: Super Vape is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please report it to the shipping carrier. You may also contact our support team at info@cvdtech.ca for assistance.
