Temporary Notice – U.S. Orders——(Sept.26)
Canada Post has gone on strike again, marking the second strike this year. As a result, shipments to the United States will experience temporary disruptions and delays.
For domestic shipments within Canada, we will temporarily use UPS and Purolator to ensure timely delivery.
Welcome to Super Vape Store! We are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent shipping services. Please read our detailed shipping policy below:
Section 1: Courier Shipping (Canada, International)
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed every day, including weekends. However, shipping carriers only pick up parcels on business days (Monday to Friday). There are no carrier pickups on weekends or public holidays.
- Standard processing time is 1 business day. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.
- Orders placed before 4 PM (on business days) are typically shipped the same day, unless there are issues such as out-of-stock items or incomplete shipping information.
- We ship using Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator. Orders addressed to PO Boxes will be shipped via Canada Post only.
- Shipping carriers pick up packages between 1 PM – 3 PM on business days. Orders confirmed before the daily pickup time will begin shipping the same day.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking to update. If there’s no update after 2 days, contact us and we’ll follow up with shipping carriers.
Free Shipping Thresholds: (Order amount tax excluded)
- Canada (excluding ON/QC): Free shipping over $79 CAD
- Ontario/Quebec: Free shipping over $59 CAD
- Worldwide: Please contact us before placing your order. All international shipments are sent via UPS or Canada Post only. Depending on the destination country's laws, customers may be responsible for customs clearance and import duties.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Canadian provinces (except ON/QC): Standard 7-14 business days (typically 3-7 business days)
- ON/QC: Standard 3-7 business days (typically 1-4 business days)
Delivery Instructions:
- Condo Addresses: Canada Post/UPS/Purolator may deliver to the reception, mailroom, or community mailbox. Full unit numbers must be provided. Missing details may cause returns at your cost.
- House Addresses: Deliveries may go to your door, mailbox, or community mailbox. Pickup notices may be left.
Important Reminders:
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. If there’s a mistake, email service@cvdtech.ca ASAP.
- If shipped, you must contact the carrier for corrections. Super Vape is not responsible.
- Lost/Stolen Packages: Super Vape is not liable. If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact the carrier and us for help.

Section 2: Local Delivery (GTA & Montreal Designated Areas)
All delivery parcels must be signed for in person with your ID.
Service Areas: Available for specific postal codes in GTA and Montreal (see full list on the page bottom).
Free Local Delivery Thresholds (before tax):
- GTA: Free same-day delivery on orders over $59 CAD (placed before 4:00PM).
- Ottawa: Free next-day delivery on orders over $89 CAD (placed before 11:30 AM on business days).
- Montreal: Free next-day delivery on orders over $79 CAD (placed before 11:30 AM on business days).
- Quebec City: Free next-day delivery on orders over $89 CAD (placed before 11:30 AM on business days).
Please note: Due to high order volumes with Flash Bird, some deliveries in Quebec City may be delayed and arrive up to the third business day after the processing date.
If you prefer not to use Flash Bird, you can choose standard shipping instead. Simply leave a note in your order saying "shipping," and we will send your package via a courier service.
Local Delivery Process – Full Transparency:
GTA Orders(Now 7 Days a Week!):
Eligible Areas:
Newmarket, Aurora, Whitchurch-Stouffville, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Markham, Toronto (Downtown / North York / East York / Midtown / Etobicoke), Mississauga, Oakville
- Place orders before 4 PM
- Same-day picking and packing
- Shipping Courier picks up at 4 PM
- Delivered by 11 PM same night
Real experience: Morning order, evening delivery!
Please avoid using a work address, as our courier delivers in the evening (up to 11 PM) and most offices may be closed.
Pickering / Ajax Orders:
Place orders before 4 PM (Monday to Sunday) to receive same-day delivery.
Orders placed after 4 PM will be delivered the next day.
Note: Delivery service and timing follow the same schedule as GTA orders, with evening delivery up to 11 PM.
Hamilton / Burlington:
On Tuesday/Thursdays/Sunday, place orders before 4 PM to receive same-day delivery.
On other weekdays, place orders before 11:30 AM for same-day dispatch.
Note: Due to different courier services, cut-off times vary by day.
Kitchener–Guelph–Waterloo (KGC) Orders:
Place orders before 11:30 AM (Monday–Friday) for same-day delivery via FlashBird.
For Wednesday and Satuarday, orders placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped with FleetNow.
Brampton Orders:
On Monday / Fridays, place orders before 4 PM to receive same-day delivery.
On other weekdays, cut-off time is 11:30 AM.
Note: Brampton uses different courier routes on different days.
St. Catharines / Stoney Creek / Dundas / Whitby / Milton / Oshawa / Cambridge Orders:
Only for weekdays, cut-off time is 11:30 AM.
Note: Orders placed after 11:30 AM will be delivered the next BUSINESS day.
Ottawa / Gatineau Orders:
- Place orders before 11:30 AM (Monday–Friday) for next-day delivery via FlashBird.
- Orders placed after 11:30 AM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
- Note: Delivery window is next-day evening up to 11 PM.
Montreal/Quebec City Orders:
- Place orders before 11:30 AM (Monday - Friday)
- Same-day picking and packing
- Shipping Courier picks up at 12 PM
- Sent to the Montreal distribution center that night
- Next day delivery to your door *Note: Friday orders for Montreal deliver on Monday(couriers do not operate on weekends).

Please make sure your address is correct and that your phone number is reachable.

Always include the unit number for condo/apartment addresses.

Missing unit information may cause delivery failures or rejection by the building front desk.

⚠️ Any extra fees or issues caused by incomplete or incorrect address details will not be covered by us.

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect/incomplete address or missed calls, we are not responsible.

A second delivery will require additional fees.
Office Addresses

Please avoid using office addresses.

Our typical local delivery window is 6:00 PM – 11:30 PM.

If we fail to deliver because the office is closed, you will be charged an extra re-delivery fee.

If delivery to an office is required, please leave an order note requesting next-day delivery between 10:00 AM–5:00 PM.

For the best shopping experience, if your address is within our local delivery zone, we will automatically select local delivery.

If you prefer postal shipping, please select “Shipping” at checkout or leave a note requesting mail delivery.

For the fastest delivery, please choose Local Delivery.
GTA Delivery (Greater Toronto Area)

Fleet Now: Pick-up at 4:00 PM, delivery between 6:00–11:30 PM, available 7 days a week.

Flash Bird: Pick-up at 11:30 AM, delivery the same afternoon to evening in GTA and nearby areas. Delivery to office buildings is not guaranteed before office closing hours. Service available Monday–Friday.
Montreal & Quebec City

Deliveries are provided by Flash Bird, available Monday–Friday.

If you are not at home or unable to sign, you may leave a note at checkout to choose postal shipping instead.
If You Are Not Home

If you are not at home during delivery, you may contact the courier to leave the package in a safe location (e.g., concierge, mailbox, or a designated spot).

Couriers do not carry packages upstairs. If you require this, please communicate directly with the driver and pay any extra fee to them.

If you require accessibility assistance, please leave a note with your order, and we will notify the courier.

The courier will leave the package as instructed and provide a photo confirmation via email or SMS. Once the confirmation photo is sent, the delivery is considered successfully completed.

If you request to reschedule delivery to the next day after same-day delivery has already been arranged, extra charges will apply.
Package Theft or Missing Packages

Once a package is confirmed delivered with a photo, responsibility is transferred to the customer.

If a package goes missing afterward (e.g., due to long absences from home or unsuitable drop-off instructions), it will be considered a porch theft.

In such cases, we recommend checking your home CCTV, requesting footage from your condo/building management, and filing a police report.
Travel Plans

If you have travel plans or will be away from home, please order in advance.

You may contact us to arrange delivery based on your preferred method and expected return date, or specify your desired shipping date at checkout.
Service Limitations

No cash on delivery.

No in-store pickup service.

Delays may occur during severe weather, holidays, or high order volumes. We will do our best to assist you in such cases.
